1. Fulfilment

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfil an order.

2. Shipping

The average shipping time is 2 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We do not keep processing credit card payments information on file.

At the moment, we only charge VAT for EU orders.

 

We Ship worldwide except North Korea and Cuba. However, Digital download products do not require shipping. You can purchase Digital Download products from anywhere in the world. And receive printable files instantly to your email.

Yes. Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.

Returns and Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We will refund you the purchase amount through store credit.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Return and refund policies do not apply to Digital Download.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

The return address is based on where the package was fulfilled: 

  • Packages sent out from our US fulfillment center is returned to the Charlotte facility. Its address: Uni Art Gallery 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Uni Art Gallery Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Uni Art Gallery Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

Disclaimer: those addresses should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to our address will be returned to the sender, as we’re not legally permitted to open correspondence that’s not addressed to us. 

Once a return package reaches our facility, we’ll notify you via email. Based on the reason for the return, we’ll decide what the next steps should be. Refer to our return policy above for more info.
